The Enneagram

“The Enneagram does not put you in a box, it shows you what box you‚re in and the way out of it.”

– Russ Hudson

One of the most powerful tools for understanding ourselves is the Enneagram, an ancient symbol of unity and diversity, change and transformation. The Enneagram is a model of human personality and is a powerful tool for personal and collective transformation. The nine-pointed Enneagram symbol represents nine distinct strategies for relating to the self, others and the world. Each Enneagram type has a different pattern of thinking, feeling and acting that arises from a deeper inner motivation or worldview.

The Enneagram can help us observe how we habitually spend energy, and how to focus effectively on becoming more productive, proactive and responsive in the workplace.

The advantage lies in knowing how our co-workers think, feel, and sort the information that applies to their work.

The goal is to know the strengths and limits of your own point of view so you can lend yourself to other people’s perception.
